Job SummaryThe Sales Operations Business Systems Analyst serves as a lead in the design, function and administration of current and future state Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM tools. This position serves as a lead for end-user support and is a contributor and lead in the full range of design, change management, training, adoption and administration/support efforts for all field sales personnel and stakeholders.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with and lead data set analysis/manipulations, mass uploads and updates of data sets as required: removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflows are accurate. Assist with and lead design and development efforts in the area of data analysis, reporting and web tools. Administer and manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, page layouts, queues and other setup options as needed. Maintain a high level of familiarity with other business application capabilities and scope definitions in order to make recommendations about potential solutions and integrations. Assist with the creation and execution of functional test scripts and risk/Issue identification and mitigation approaches. Act as a primary and secondary lead for delivering in person and virtual training Act as primary lead for front line support of field users where the user needs training and coaching on existing functionality.
