This position is for a HRIS Systems Analyst with a location in Tupelo, MS. Will provide support and on-going maintenance of HR systems and data to enable functional and organizational objectives. This position serves as a technical point of contact on HR system platforms while ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and business process mapping, process improvement opportunities. Provide data analytics review and analysis in support of the business objectives for our eight state footprint. Also provides support in reviewing and reconciling HR general ledger and deposit accounts to ensure proper posting and reporting.Practical knowledge of HR, state and federal regulatory guidelines essential. Duties and Responsibilities Include: Leads the effort to maintain and support HR systems based on operational and regulatory requirements through the review, testing and implementation of upgrades, enhancements and patches; Manage all internal and external data flow, system interfaces, data feeds and reporting – with Payroll and other internal systems, benefits carriers, vendors, regulatory agencies, auditors, etc.; Designs and maintains the HRIS in support of the organizations data management and reporting needs; Creates standard and ad hoc queries or reports; Prepares, analyzes, and reviews HR general ledger and deposit account reconcilements; Provide backup support in the management of the company's equity compensation. Requirements and Qualifications Include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Systems and / or minimum 3 years related experience in project management, human resources, or accounting; Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business requirements to technical solutions and business process mapping; Development experience in SQL, XML is preferred; Strong background in data integrity analytics and audits; Expert level knowledge of MicroSoft Office Professional - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access; Certifications in Project Management and Human Resources preferred: PHR / SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP, etc. Ability to handle confidential data and information Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE
