Baylor Scott & White Health Systems Analyst II in Temple, Texas
The Systems Analyst II serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, and PowerShell. The Systems Analyst II provides administrative and technical oversight to the O365 environment, identifies, plans, and leads automation efforts within the related systems, and conducts system changes following established change management protocols. The Systems Analyst II will also support regular software maintenance, monitors systems and applications, and makes recommendations for corrective actions for technical issues. The Systems Analyst II will also have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Provide primary and/or secondary administrative and technical support for all O365 applications
Coordinate and oversees 2nd level, IT-support teams and outside vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ensure support documentation, service desk routing, and knowledge base entries are accurate and up to date
Ensure thorough and complete test scripts are in place to support new installations, projects, and/or system updates
Accountable for the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful implementation of system updates and changes
Accountable as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project teams
Achieve defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Provide appropriate mentorship to assigned Application Analysts
Understand end-user workflow and participates in integrated workgroups across application teams
Provide additional logistical and technical support for IT leadership
Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal Systems Analyst II will hold a Bachelor's Degree (may be exchanged for years of experience) and a minimum of 4 years of experience relevant to the role. The ideal Systems Analyst II will be knowledgeable and experienced with Exchange Administration, mail routing, Active Directory, PowerShell, and will possess an understanding of server configuration and network requirements related to Office 365. The ideal Systems Analyst II will also be proficient with Microsoft Excel and one or more of the following technologies: O365 Licensing, O365 Security & Compliance, Azure Active Directory, Outlook, Skype, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, and SharePoint. Microsoft Certifications are a plus. The ideal Systems Analyst II will also have the following skills, knowledge, and experience including but not limited to:
Ability to work well in team environments

Proven ability to work analytically by demonstrating sound and logical problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated to identify and resolve issues, and in advancing personal knowledge
A quick learner of software and information technology, and motivated to learn new applications
Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
At least four years of experience as an IT Analyst with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Administration, and/or Active Directory
