Leidos System Analyst/Administrator (Windows 7/10, Unix/Linux expertise) in ST. PAUL, Minnesota

Description:

The ERAM program at Leidos is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team delivering the next generation of Air Traffic Control Systems.

This position will support both infrastructure IT and software development/test labs.

The infrastructure IT scope duties include:

  • Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting user workstations running Win 7 and 10, their applications, and the associated networks.




The software development and test lab scope duties include:

  • Building, configuring and maintaining computer workstations and servers running various types of UNIX and LINUX.

  • Installing and maintaining peripherals and network devices including switches, routers and storage.

  • Diagnosing, repairing, and documenting hardware and software system failures including firmware, operating system and applications.

  • Work closely with software and systems engineers to build, maintain, and diagnose faults to meet system requirements.

Qualifications:

_Typical education and experience: _

  • Typically requires BS degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Previous computer lab experience.

  • Red Hat Linux v6 and V7 is preferred.

  • VMware is preferred,

  • AWS administration desired.
