Amazon Corporate LLC Business Systems Analyst, People Tech in Seattle, Washington

DESCRIPTION MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Work with global business owners, technology and HR partners to understand strategies and drivers and lead the collection of global business and compliance requirements to ensure ongoing innovation, functionality and operational health of Amazon's HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Time and Attendance and/or Benefits systems using Oracle, PeopleSoft and/or Kronos technologies. Develop deep knowledge of time and attendance solutions, including Kronos and advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems. Drive global HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization. Analyze business cases and develop recommendation. Implement global technologies and services to meet long term HR and Payroll business needs; partner with development teams on system design and gap analysis, prioritization of critical initiatives and resources, development of test plans, elucidation of use cases, make vs. buy evaluation and drive creation of quality. Develop and execute a user acceptance testing plan to ensure solutions meet business needs and are adopted by end users. Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems to build scale, efficiency and a great employee experience, including delivery of workflow diagrams, training materials, standard operating procedures, and post-launch support resources. Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis; provide pre and post launch communications to impacted teams. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Primary Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or related quantitative field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Market Research Analyst, Product Manager, or related occupation. Alternative Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or related quantitative field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Market Research Analyst, Product Manager, or related occupation.
