PURPOSE Implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additionally performing as a traditional business systems analyst ESSENTIAL DUTIES * Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Help establish and configure the production Dynamics environment, as well as help maintain it. * Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours. * Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross training to other peers and team members. * Oversee the daily operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of systems and/or infrastructure to meet the company's strategic initiatives. * Implement new/emerging hardware, software, and infrastructure strategies by conferring with vendors; evaluating, testing, and installing enhancements. * Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing computer systems by maintaining and enforcing policies, procedures and security measures to safeguard information resources. * Assist in development of plans for implementation of new or upgraded computer systems via well-defined plans including procedures, deadlines, and accountability. * Manage system and software problems by reviewing logs, records, and configurations. * Apply patches and upgrades administrative tools and utilities as necessary to maintain secure computing environment. * Assist in a variety of other Information Technology related activities and initiatives on an as-needed basis. * Follow consistent Project Management standards and methodologies on approved work and projects. Lead projects as assigned. * Support and manage system development life cycle for assigned applications * Ensure that newly developed or enhanced computer systems are thoroughly tested and are properly deployed * Provide bridge to lead / support communications between business area and technical resources for design and development * Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned OTHER DUTIES * Assist in technical related tasks and analysis * Process analysis for the purpose of implementing technology based solutions * Assist in various computer related projects as needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Typically possesses 5-8+ years of relevant work experience in Systems Development, Project Management, and Business Systems Analysis. * Education: Associates degree in a technical discipline and 4+years of relevant work experience in OR a Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years of relevant work experience * Working knowledge of Windows and networking technologies * One or more years as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator with experience in design, custom configuration, integration and 3+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred * C
