This will include direct interaction with business partners to identify, research, document, and resolve issues. You will be expected to train and educate users as well as initiate preventative technical measures when appropriate. Collaborating with multiple IT areas throughout the company requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Maintain high levels of customer service by answering business partner's calls, emails, and instant messages.
