Position Overview:

The C3BM engineering efforts include engaging in C2BMC technical engineering and integration. The contractor shall participate in needs analysis, concept development, requirements, capability planning, interface controls, allocation of C3BM requirements, trade studies, communications, data sharing, verification, sustainment engineering, testing, fielding and site assessments, analysis of BMDS prime contractor documentation, lab experimentation, information assurance, and certifications.

Responsibilities:

Participate in multi-national C3BM systems engineering and test activities to include Multinational systems engineering and integration/test efforts. Review multinational systems engineering documents, architectures, designs, and briefings for technical accuracy and consistency with U.S. BMDS. Perform engineering analysis of multi-national approaches and maintain and update interfaces to multinational partners, to include design, documentation, coordination, and implementation of secondary interfaces and training interfaces. Support cross domain solution development, coordination for testing, and deployment for host nations. Support design, deployment, and maintenance of bi-lateral situation awareness displays for host nations as necessary. Develop, coordinate, and maintain multinational test schedules. Review multinational test documentation, architectures, and briefings for technical accuracy. Perform engineering analysis of multinational tests and document findings in reports. Perform staff support duties to the Director of International and Infrastructure team as required.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years

 

Proficiency in C3BM engineering and execution processes – familiarity with MDA/Government engineering processes/databases a plus.

 

Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, Multi-National BMDS efforts, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts. MDA or military experience are a plus

Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment; apply network engineering and solutions to support and coordinate real-world test, integration and operations; maintains the capability to develop and present reports and presentations to senior management-level personnel; and works within a collaborative environment composed of Government, Prime Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supporting Contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
